How do I cancel my membership?⌄
When did you initially purchase the Reels Membership? If it was on or after 2/19/2024, follow the Thrivecart instructions. If it was before 2/19/2024, follow the Teachable instructions.
Thrivecart (purchases ON or AFTER 2/19/2024):
Teachable (purchases BEFORE 2/19/2024):
It doesn’t matter when you cancel — you will be unenrolled on your last paid day.
Thrivecart (purchases ON or AFTER 2/19/2024):
- Using this link, type in the email you used to sign up for the product.
- You’ll receive a link in your email to sign into your Thrivecart account.
- Click through the buttons to cancel or edit your membership / payment options.
Teachable (purchases BEFORE 2/19/2024):
- Sign into Teachable. Click your user profile in the top right corner.
- In the drop-down menu, click the manage subscription tab and cancel your membership.
It doesn’t matter when you cancel — you will be unenrolled on your last paid day.
I’m a Reels Member, but I’m not receiving the Reels emails.⌄
Ah, shoot! We hate when this happens! A few questions the support team might ask you are:

Where can I find past emails?⌄
We’ve heard from other members that you’d love a space to look back at past emails, so we’ve started storing them in the Reels Membership course on Teachable!
The audio isn’t working in my Reel. Help!⌄
So frustrating! There are 2 main reasons this happens:
- Your IG account is a business account instead of a creator account. Creator accounts have more creative liberties with audios. We’d recommend switching to a creator account — make sure you save your drafts to your phone before switching so you don’t lose them!
- Sometimes audios get taken down for various reasons. If this is the case, try to find a trending audio (one with an upward arrow) to use!
The text isn’t saving on my Reel. How do I fix it?⌄
Instagram is soo glitchy sometimes which makes it so hard! Although my team and I are not IG support, we do recommend saving the reel you created to your camera roll so if it glitches, you don’t have to repeat that part. Continue trying to add text after restarting the app.

You have lifetime access to PPA! You’ll also receive an email each time we add new modules to it.
Do you offer refunds?⌄
After helping hundreds of therapists start + scale their own practice, we are confident that the strategies inside of our courses WORK (if you do!) and for this reason, we do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.

How do I cancel my membership?⌄
To cancel your VIP subscription, please open Circle and go to Account Settings, then Billing. There you can manage — including cancel — your subscription. See the instructions there if you need further clarification!
When are the live coaching calls?⌄
All the coworking and coaching calls are hosted on Tuesdays at 12pm EST.
